Hi there! I'm Shelley — the Extra Mommy! When my family was trying to come up with a name for my shop, we wanted something that felt personal and uniquely me. As a stepmom, I wanted a special title of my own, so we came up with Emmy: Extra Mommy. I think it fits perfectly, because I truly put that extra love and care into everything I make!
I'm a lifelong crafter and proud Wylie, TX mom with a passion for making every homecoming season extra special. Two years ago I discovered my love for homecoming mums — and honestly, I haven't looked back since! What started as making mums for friends and family quickly grew into something I knew I had to share with the community. As the mom of a high schooler, I know firsthand how much these traditions mean — and how important it is to have a mum that's as unique as the student wearing it.
